Recommended Maintenance Intervals

Actual intervals depend on the environment and duty, but these are typical starting points:

  • Every 3–6 months – clean or replace cabinet filters, check fans and heaters, review alarm logs.
  • Annually – thermographic scan under load, visual inspection, terminal torque checks on power connections, PLC and HMI program backups, UPS battery check.
  • Every 3–5 years – medium voltage switchgear maintenance with breaker timing and contact resistance tests and protection relay secondary injection.

A short maintenance plan agreed at handover helps your team plan outages and avoids unexpected failures.

How the Service Process Works

  1. Request – you contact us with the equipment details and problem description.
  2. Assessment – our engineers review drawings, photos, alarms or remote data to find the cause.
  3. Service – we provide instructions, remote changes, spare parts or an on-site visit.
  4. Testing – the repair or change is tested and confirmed with your team.
  5. Follow-up – we record the case, update documentation if needed and recommend steps to prevent repeat problems.

To speed things up, keep your project number, equipment serial numbers and the latest program backups to hand when you contact us. Clear photos of nameplates, alarm screens and the inside of the cabinet are often enough for our engineers to identify the cause quickly.

Upgrades and Modernisation

Electrical and control equipment often outlives the electronics inside it. When PLCs, HMIs or drives reach end of life, we help you plan the upgrade: checking what can be reused, migrating programs to current platforms, replacing drives with modern units, and adding energy monitoring or remote access. Work is planned in stages and tested in advance so production stops are short.

Secure Remote Support

Many problems can be solved without travel. With a secure remote-access connection approved by your IT department, our engineers can look at alarm histories, check PLC logic and HMI settings, and guide your technicians step by step. Remote sessions are only opened with your permission, and all changes are agreed and recorded. For international customers this means faster answers and lower support costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request technical support?

Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp with your project name, equipment serial number or drawing number, a description of the problem and photos or alarm screenshots. An engineer will respond and, where possible, help remotely first.

Do you provide spare parts for older equipment?

Yes. We keep records of the components used in each project and can supply original or equivalent spare parts, and advise on replacements when parts become obsolete.

Can you help remotely?

Yes. With secure remote access agreed with your IT team, our engineers can view PLC and HMI programs, diagnose faults and make approved changes.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty terms are stated in your contract and cover defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us with your order details for the terms that apply to your equipment.
