Our headquarters and factory are in the Binjiang District of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Customers are welcome to visit to see our production lines, testing area and finished equipment, or to attend a factory acceptance test for their own project. If travel is not practical, we can arrange a live video tour so you can see the workshop, ask questions and inspect cabinets in real time. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the right engineers to meet you.
If you already have Danli equipment and need help, please include your project or order number, the equipment type and serial number, and a short description of the problem with photos of nameplates or alarm screens. This lets our after-sales team identify your drawings and software straight away. Many issues can be solved remotely; when a site visit is needed, we will agree the scope and timing with you.
