Case Studies of Wastewater Treatment Projects
This is a demonstration of the electrical and intelligent control systems for the wastewater treatment project.
Starting with the low-voltage switchboard room, which is equipped with GGD/GCS-type low-voltage switchboards to provide stable and reliable power distribution to all plant equipment. Moving on to the large screens and operator stations in the central control room, which display the operational status of all plant equipment in real time and allow for remote control of all production processes. Finally, PLC control cabinets and on-site touchscreens are installed in each process area to enable local automatic control and manual commissioning. Online monitoring instruments are installed at key points to collect water quality data 24 hours a day and generate trend curves, with automatic alarms triggered in the event of exceedances. This system operates reliably, significantly improving wastewater treatment efficiency, reducing operating costs and ensuring that effluent quality consistently meets regulatory standards.
